Classroom Expectations

1. Be ready to start class on time. This means having your book, notebook with paper, pencil, homework, and any additional material you will need.
   
2. I will only accept work done in pencil! Absolutely NO pens allowed--homework done in pen is worth 0 points.
   
3. Late homework will NOT be accepted. You may turn in work one day late, but the highest score you could possibly receive is a 7.
   
4. School policy for unexcused and excused absences will be followed.
   
5. No food or drink in the classroom.
   
6. My desk is off limits unless I give you permission to get into it.
   
7. Swearing is NOT tolerated and generates a stiff penalty.
   
8. Each student is given 2 hall passes per quarter. Students will not be able to leave the room for personal reasons once class has started without turning in a hall pass. Use your passes wisely, they are worth extra credit at the end of each quarter.
   
9. Please tell me immediately if you need additional help and we can arrange to meet outside of class.
   
10. I expect the very best from you in effort and attitude. You can expect the same from me.
